Creation of 3D Model
We create 3D model from scan document or point cloud files. We use to link the impact scan files to revit to work on for all trades each element as per standard requirement.
Supporting Software Applications like Revit & Autodesk Recap 360 Pro for Point Cloud help to visualize and navigate the point cloud files properly. Moreover, by using these software platforms, files can be compressed and dimensions can be easily obtained for BIM model.
Construction Drawing
Once 3D model works use to completed. We do our standard QC1 to finalize the 3D model. After approval from the client, we use to generate the construction drawings or as built drawing sheet with proper annotation and dimension and standard requirement.

COBIE BIM
COBIE data is the technical information or approved technical submittals which are collected from scanned submittals.
We use to fix parameter sheet from submittals or sometime client use to same with us the standard parameter to fill. We incorporate COBIE data after completion and approval of BIM 3D model.
